Frequently Asked Questions

Warranty: We offer a six-month work warranty on all labor performed by Refined-Environments. If there are any issues with the work performed during this period, we will return to your home and correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties: For any materials used during the project, we will provide you with the manufacturer's warranty information. If there are any issues with the materials, we will assist you in making a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Payments: We require a 50% deposit on all projects before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept payment in the form of cash, or check.

Scheduling: We will provide you with a detailed project timeline during our initial consultation. We will make every effort to adhere to this timeline but please note that unforeseen issues or delays may arise.

Materials: We can provide materials for your project, or you can purchase them yourself. We will work with you to determine the best option for your specific project.

Safety: We take safety seriously and will always follow proper safety protocols while working on your project. We will also clean up the work area at the end of each day to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

Communication: We value clear and open communication with our clients. We will keep you informed throughout the project and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
